To design and execute the refrigeration installation, including all related components, for the optimal freezing of 100 tonnes of fish per day and its subsequent storage in freezing chambers. The designs are tailored to the specifications of both the location and the client.
results
An installation adapted to the client’s technological and operational needs. Thanks to these individual configurations, the client benefits from a high guarantee of continuous functionality, avoiding “catastrophic” failures — often common in overly complex installations in such regions. The system also allows for simple and efficient local maintenance.
